Interventions:

The Agency pioneered the use of interventions in this area, bringing the technique from Minnesota. Family members and/or significant others are provided chemical dependency education and are helped to prepare for a formal confrontation/intervention with the chemical user. Following the actual intervention, an assessment is conducted and appropriate referrals for treatment are completed.
